Scenario

General

1) Preliminary Requirements for Using ADCIO Admin

What does preliminary work involve?
This includes creating an account for using ADCIO Admin and integrating all necessary data required for ad solutions.

  • Product data delivery and integration
    • Initial data submission through CSV file uploads or API transfers
    • Necessary integration to upload, update, and delete product data in ADCIO

2) Creating Placements

What does creating a placement involve? 
It is the process of making a space within the Store’s site/app for ads or recommendations to be shown.

The following options are available.

  1. ADCIO Team Development

    ⚠️
    This option is unavailable for app placements.

    Choosing this option minimizes Store’s internal development efforts, though restrictions may apply as the ADCIO development team cannot directly modify the Store's system.

  2. Custom-Development

    After generating placement metadata via the ADCIO admin page, please develop and apply the actual placement.

  3. Pre-developed Placement (Widget) (Coming Soon)

    Choose from pre-developed placement options (widgets) to create placements without any additional development.

Personalized Recommendations

3-a) Preliminary Work for Banner Recommendations

Register the creatives for banners to be displayed
Link these banners with products/categories for accurate recommendations
Choose the placement where these banners will be displayed

3-b) Preliminary Work for Product Recommendations

Configure which products will appear in the placement.

4) Payment and Activation of Recommendations

Paying for a plan activates the recommendation feature.

Targeted Ads

Store clients that have vendors(Seller) on their own platform can use the targeted ads feature on ADCIO

3) Seller Invitation and Registration

What is Seller Invitation and Registration? 
This process involves inviting Sellers to join ADCIO Amin to run ad campaigns on Store’s platform

  • During the POC period, you can create test Seller accounts to bypass actual invitations.

4) Campaign Registration

What does Campaign Registration involve? 
It covers all steps to configure campaign settings that the seller will run.

  • Choose ad placement, daily budget cap, and target audience.

What is a Review Process? 
The Review Process is where the Store checks if the ad creatives created by Sellers are appropriate to be displayed on the Store's site/app.”

  • During the POC period, ADCIO reviews the campaigns created by the store.
  • After the POC period ends, the store reviews the campaigns created by sellers.

5) Purchasing Ad Credits and Settlement

What is Purchasing Ad Credits? 
Sellers pre-pay to buy a balance of ad credits to fund their campaigns.

  • When a seller makes a payment, ad credits are added to their balance.
  • If a seller has an ad credit balance and the campaign passes review, the campaign is activated.
  • As a campaign runs, ad credits are deducted from the balance according to the billing policy (CPM/CPC/CPA).
  • During the POC period, settlement proceeds according to the agreed upon method.

The above flow is a general settlement process. During the POC period, settlements are handled as negotiated.
